To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

These were my first pair of UA shoes. I love the look and comfort. I bought them for CrossFit/lifting and smaller runs under 3 miles. I have had the shoes about a month and a half and both shoes have a hole in the top and the left shoe blew out the side. I never had a pair of shoes wear out so quick. I will try to post a couple pics
The soles in both shoes tore within two weeks of using them, and the toe of the right shoe ripped within the first week. The shoe offers no support, and I twisted my ankle while training with them. Without the tears, the shoes were comfortable, but their quality is so awful that it makes them a complete waste of money.
I bought these shoes in blue and they look AMAZING. I was debating the purchase but once they arrived, I couldn't have been more excited. I was looking for a new shoe to wear to the gym and figured if these could stand up to the Rock's routine, they should be bulletproof.
I wore them to the gym twice. First time was upper body day. The shoes were comfortable right out of the box and so easy to get on/off. I swear they also have a placebo effect and make you stronger like Dwayne Johnson. Then came the second workout...
My first exercise on leg day was squats. I wasn't squaring anything out of this world (295lbs - probably the Rock's warmup), and I felt a weird pressure on my right toes. I kept going and didn't realize what it was. When I staring deadlifting, I realized the toe box on my right shoe was messed up. Instead of being nice and rounded, it was suddenly coming to a point in the center and the material was starting to fray a tiny bit in the right and left edges of the toe box.
I hope I just got a defective pair because I really wanted to keep these shoes but can't if I'm concerned about quality after two wears.
Quality issue aside, these shoes are comfortable, supportive, and eye catching. If you're debating like I was, get a pair and you'll love them instantly.
If used to be you could rely on under armor for a great overall product. As a physical therapist (retired), this is the WORST shoe I have purchased. Some genius who has no design capability decided to make a unique prototype with this failure. What they did was incorporate the tongue of the shoe with the format of the entire shoe. In other words, if you buy the same size athletic shoe that you have before it will take you ten minutes just to squeeze your foot into the shoe as there is a mesh belt around the entire opening! I needed a shoe horn to get my foot into the opening. You might even need some lube! It is a workout to say the least. Once the foot is in the shoe it is extremely tight and may cause cramping. If you go a size larger you will have the problem of lack of support where you need it most. This was my last lesson learned on buying shoes on the internet. YOU MUST TRY THEM ON IN THE STORE. Will I return these? Probably not, as I am sick of sending stuff back. Take into consideration that this is an EXPENSIVE and HIGHLY OVERPRICED athletic shoe that will not last long it really cost me. No more UA crap for while. Ask the Rock if he has any problems with the shoe, I think he will be very disappointed in his endorsement.
So I really like the UA and Rock collaboration. I have some shirts, a bag, and I decided to try the shoes. I can only say not for me, and anyone doing any HIIT or functional training. I saw reviews comparing these to the best out the metcons and nanos, so I ordered them. Not at all the same type of shoe. The quality and comfort are amazing, the issue is they are too comfortable and not responsive enough. It has like a 8mm drop, these are definitely intended for your bodybuilder/isolation workouts. I can’t wear any show with that drop, I don’t know how people wear these as an everyday shoe. I will be buying more UA stuff, but not my cup of tea here.
These shoes fit skinnny, and under armour please let’s try to be consistent with your sizes. The deltas and rock 1’s I had to order all of them in 8.5 when my foot is a 9 and now with these rock 2 hovers I probably could of went up to a 9. Like come on. I now there all sold out so I guess I’ll just deal with the snug fit
The opening was way too small to put my foot in!!!
I have the first Project Rock shoes and I LOVE them. These shoes however left something to be desired. They are not as comfortable as the Project 1. They have a more solid base which is great for weight training but less cushion. My big toe in each shoe feels as if they are sliding off the base of the shoe as the sole is sewn into the shoe there is a drop off from the sole to the base of the shoe where the big toe sits, its as if the sole wasn't made wide enough for the shoe. It creates sort of a "falling out of the shoe" feel. They are quite pretty to look at though.
I bought these because 1. Love Dwayne Johnson 2. Love UA and 3. needed new training shoes. I wanted to love these shoes, but they were a bit snug and really didnt do what I had hoped.
I usually train 6-7 days a week and I needed new shoes for the gym. (old pairs was the UA gridirons and the Commit) I got them a size up because I have wide feet (usually wear 4E whenever I can, so i dont have to size up)
The soles were comfy, but they were squeezing my feet and didn't seem to wanna break in, so I returned. Even the size up didn't help much.
Please make sizes for wider feet! I would love to support the movement!
I originally ordered the shoes in 13. They fit like a 12 or even an 11.5. They looked small in the box, felt smaller on my feet. I exchanged them for a 14, hoping they may just run small. No, the 14s were too big, especially too big to train in. I was really excited for the new Project Rocks and I have owned every iteration so far. The make and feel of the shoe seemed right up there with the best of the best, so I am pretty bummed that I couldn't get a pair to fit well.
